Express Lane (fastest option)
Fastest Option - Meet your car in the "express lane"
First call our toll free number to let us know you are in the terminal and proceed to your airline's baggage claim carousel. After receiving your bags (if any), proceed to the nearest elevator and go down one floor to the "ground level". Follow signs to the "express lane" behind the rental car counters opposite side from the buses and taxis.
The "express lane" is a special drive through lane on the ground level reserved for limousines, VIP's and commercial vehicles. Once you get to the express lane your chauffeur will be waiting curbside holding a sign with your name. Please feel free to call us at any point and we will be happy to help direct you.
Meet and Greet
For meet and greet service the chauffers wait for you at the "information desk", the first desk visible when you step off the escalators onto baggage claim floor. The driver will be holding a sign with your name on it. Please feel free to call our toll free number once you get of the airplane and we will be happy to assist you in meeting the driver.
Make sure you go to the correct terminal.
